Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. beef brisket
    1/3 c. salt
    1/3 c. chili powder
    2 1/2 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Rub meat well with mixture.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Brush with Mop Sauce.
    Bake 4 additional hours, mopping with sauce at least once per hour.
