Carrot Salad(Another Great "Make Ahead" Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 carrots
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
Preparation
    Chop carrots into bite size pieces and boil to crispy-tender. Mix Italian dressing to package directions.
    Drain cooked carrots and while they're hot, pour dressing over them.
    Let them marinate, the longer the better they are (up to 1 week).
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve at room temperature.
