Mexican Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
3 tomatoes
1 purple onion, cut fine
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 (14 oz.) can red kidney beans
8 oz. pkg. Doritos corn chips
16 oz. bottle Wish-Bone French dressing
Preparation

Chop or tear lettuce; dice tomatoes and cut purple onion up fine.
Toss these 3 ingredients together.
Cook ground beef; drain any grease.
Drain the can of red beans.
Add to the lettuce mixture and toss all together again.
Add Doritos corn chips, broken up slightly.
Add dressing.
Serve with French bread, spread with margarine and Parmesan cheese and heated.
