Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup margarine, onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Stir well.
    Spoon into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Crush cornflakes and stir in remaining margarine.
    Sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Garnish with lemon twist or parsley.
    Serves 10 to 12.
