Lolly'S Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dry pinto beans
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. Schilling chili mix
    1 can tomato sauce
    garlic powder
    cumin
    ginger
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight; drain.
    Put in crock-pot and cover with water.
    Cook until tender.
    Fry ground beef and onion until browned.
    Add sprinkling of garlic powder, cumin and small amount of ginger.
    Stir in chili mix and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
