Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 3/4 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk or light cream or top milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell]
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
