Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
2 qt. spinach or 9 oz. fresh spinach
1/2 c. onion
1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. bacon fat or oil
Preparation

Combine spinach, onion and tomatoes in a salad bowl.
Bring to a boil sugar, salt, dry mustard, lemon juice and ketchup.
Pour hot over salad; crumble bacon and toss.
