Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (13 oz.) can condensed milk
1 prepared pie shell
Preparation

Prepare pie shell per package directions for this type of pie. Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Mix the first 6 ingredients. Stir until well blended, then add the next 3 ingredients. Stir until mixture is smooth. Pour pumpkin mixture into the pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for another 35 minutes or until knife inserted 2-inches from the pie edge comes out clean.
