Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion and butter
    rice pilaf, frozen (I use Green Giant)
    V-8 juice
    6 slices American cheese
    salt and pepper
    seasoned salt
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Boil peppers until soft.
    Fry hamburger in onion and butter.
    Boil rice pilaf in water about 16 minutes or until thawed.
    Add to hamburger.
    Season with salt, pepper and seasoned salt.
    Stuff peppers; throw bread crumbs over top.
    Drip V-8 juice into peppers.
    Add sliced cheese over peppers and tuck sides in.
    Coat baking dish with V-8.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
