Tomatoes Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. peeled and chopped tomatoes
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    4 large chopped onions
    3 bell peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Add all ingredients in large boiler.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to simmer.
    Cook for several hours.
    Stir occasionally to keep from sticking or scorching.
    Pack in hot sterilized jars and seal.
    Very good served over vegetables.
