Chocolate Mousse(Makes 2 Quarts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. grated bitter chocolate
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1 tsp. powdered cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Scald milk, chocolate and sugar to almost boiling.
    Soak gelatin in the cold water and add to hot mixture.
    When cold and slightly thickened, flavor with cinnamon and vanilla.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Freeze.
