Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can light beer (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. light margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mixing until just moistened.
Pour batter into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan, coated with nonstick cooking spray and dusted with flour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
