Lime Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 can grapefruit juice
    2 qt. pineapple juice
    juice of 2 1/2 doz. lemons
    5 c. sugar
    5 1/2 qt. water
    6 to 8 qt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Mix juices; add sugar and water.
    This punch can be placed in freezer in cartons several days before ready to use.
    It will freeze only to mushy ice.
    When ready to serve, add ginger ale. Serves 50 to 60.
