Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir mayonnaise and mustard. Gently fold in eggs, cheese and onions just until mixed.
