Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or less
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 or 2 c. rice
    2 c. sliced, cooked chicken (or more)
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs or seasoned croutons, crushed
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Cook broccoli until almost tender; drain.
    Blend mayonnaise and lemon juice with soup. Arrange cooked broccoli in baking dish.
    Top with chicken slices and pour sauce evenly over all.
    Sprinkle with a mixture of bread crumbs and butter.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven 1/2 hour or until topping is lightly browned.
    If desired, add 1/4 teaspoon curry powder to sauce mixture; blend well.
