Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced Winesap apples
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
    1/2 c. orange juice (fresh or canned)
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Fill the pastry shell with apples.
    Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg or cinnamon and orange juice.
    Pour this mixture over the apples.
    Cover apples with 1/2-inch strips of pie pastry. Flute edges and add 1/2 cup melted margarine over pastry. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until the apples are tender.
