Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, diced fine
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. pepper
salt to taste
1 small can pinto beans, drained
1 1/2 c. tomato puree
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. enchilada seasoning (if can't find, use taco seasoning)
1 pkg. (8-inch) flour tortillas
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion in skillet; add chili powder, garlic salt, cumin, pepper and salt.
Add pinto beans.
In small saucepan, combine the puree, water and enchilada seasoning. Simmer about 10 minutes.
