Marinated Tomato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. sliced green onion
leaf lettuce
1 avocado
1/2 c. sliced pimiento stuffed olives
1/3 c. French dressing
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, olives, onion and dressing.
Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
To serve, line plates with lettuce.
Top with marinated mixture and sliced avocado.
