Lydia And Joyce'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    1 large green pepper
    1 large onion
    2 eggs
    cracker crumbs
    barbecue sauce
    1 small can tomato sauce
    pepper and salt
Preparation
    Chop green pepper and onion fine.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    If mixture is too moist, add cracker crumbs.
    If too dry, add milk or water.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in loaf pan.
