Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red skin potatoes
    sour cream
    mayonnaise
    dried onion flakes
    celery seed
    salt
    dash of Original Hidden Valley Ranch powder dip mix (optional)
Preparation
    Mix equal parts of sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Add seasonings to taste.
    If sauce is too thick, add canned cream.
    Boil potatoes. Cool, peel and slice into thin rounds.
    Mix sauce into potatoes to coat evenly.
    Refrigerate overnight.
