Chicken In Sour Cream With Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cut up chicken
    1 pkg. frozen lima beans
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Chinese soya sauce (optional)
    1 small onion (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken; rub with soya sauce, then dust well with flour.
    Add 2 tablespoons cooking oil in skillet and fry chicken until brown.
    Lay in deep casserole with cover.
    Add lima beans and sour cream over chicken; cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Add dumplings by spoonfuls.
    Cover tightly again and bake 1/2 hour more.
