Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 stick margarine
1/3 c. flour

Preparation

Mix sweet potatoes, white sugar, eggs and 1 stick of margarine and place in greased baking dish.
Blend brown sugar, 1/3 stick margarine and flour until crumbly.
Sprinkle on mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for thirty minutes.
