Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 sweet red peppers
    6 sweet green peppers
    3 large onions
    2 pt. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions, or chop finely.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes.
    Drain and repeat.
    Drain dry. Add vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Cook 15 minutes and pack in hot sterilized jars; seal.
    Process in water for 15 minutes.
