Italian Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
20 oz. or 24 oz. can mushrooms
Preparation
-
Saute chopped garlic.
Add margarine, tomato paste and mushrooms, including liquid.
Simmer about 1 hour (do not add salt).
