Fred'S Pinto Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. beans, look and wash
1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 x 4-inch sq. fatback
Preparation

Fill gallon pot with water.
Cook on medium heat and boil steady for four hours.
You can put four medium peeled onions in at start if you want to.
Eat with green onions and light bread or corn bread.
