Herb Breast Of Dove - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 dove breasts
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. white wine (dry)
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. dry grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. dry onion bits
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Wash and dry doves.
Place in baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Let them stand about 15 minutes.
Pour most over doves.
Place in oven about 1 hour. About 10 minutes before removing from oven, pour remaining sauce over doves.
