Casserole Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. boneless pork, cut in cubes
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 cans cream of mushroom soup
    4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    2 to 3 oz. cans chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Cook meat until lightly browned.
    Mix everything together. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0, until rice is done (about 1 1/2 hours), stirring after one hour.
    When done, stir everything, then cover with chow mein noodles on top.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
