Finger Jell-O - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold (tap) water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O, any flavor
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold tap water.
    Add Jell-O and boiling water.
    Stir to dissolve.
    Pour into 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan. Refrigerate until jelled before putting on second layer, about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Make sure liquid is cool enough not to melt jelled layer.
