Elderberry Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. elderberries (use elderberries only)
    1 c. apple juice
    3/4 pkg. Sure-Jell
    7 c. sugar
Preparation
    Stem and wash berries.
    Cover with water and boil 20 minutes. Strain.
    To 5 cups of berry juice, add apple juice and Sure-Jell. Bring to a boil.
    Add sugar and boil 1/2 minute.
    Pour into prepared jars and seal.
