Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 sq. chocolate (premelted, unsweetened)
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. hot water
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with hot water.
    Add vanilla.
    Batter will be thin. Makes 2 (9-inch) layers or 3 dozen cupcakes, or large 9 x 13-inch cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
