Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, sliced 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick
1/4 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of ground nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Set power level at High.
In 2-quart casserole dish, combine carrots and orange juice; heat, covered, for 7 to 8 1/2 minutes, or until carrots are tender, stirring once.
Stir in remaining ingredients; let stand, covered, 3 minutes before serving.
