New England Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium red potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams with juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium peeled and diced onion
2 c. whole milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cover potatoes and onions with water in medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat.
Simmer until potatoes are done. Add milk, butter and clams.
Bring back to slow simmer.
Let stew until flavor is absorbed into potatoes and until done.
