Okra Succotash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced green pepper
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    3 c. sliced okra
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat until okra is done. Serve over rice, if desired.
    Yields 4 servings.
