Baked Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
confectioners sugar
lemon wedges
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until very light.
Add salt, flour and milk. Beat well. Thoroughly rub bottom and sides of a 10-inch cast-iron or heavy skillet with butter.
Pour batter into skillet. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 5 minutes more or until set. Remove pancake from skillet and place on a large hot platter. Dust with confectioners sugar and garnish with lemon.
Serve immediately.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
