Micro Minestrone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. each: sliced celery, carrot and zucchini
    1/2 c. yellow pepper, diced
    1 (13 oz.) can beef broth
    1 (14 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped with juice
    1 c. medium pasta shells, cooked
    1 (10 oz.) can kidney beans
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a 2-quart microwave casserole, mix oil and vegetables, except tomatoes.
    Cover loosely with heavy-duty plastic wrap and microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients. Microwave on High for 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
