Italian Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 small onion, thinly sliced into rings
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine everything, except cherry tomatoes.
    Cover and cook on High for 4 to 5 minutes, until zucchini is almost done.
    Add cherry tomatoes, cover and cook on High for 1 minute, until heated through.
    Makes 4 servings.
