Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat, browned
    1 can Mexican corn, drained
    1 pkg. taco seasoning (French's)
    3 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. meal
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Add first 4 ingredients all together and top with cheese.
    Use cornbread mix, mixed as directed on package or make your own.
