Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. softened oleo
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Add 4 cups rhubarb (frozen should be slightly thawed).
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
