Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. butternut squash, cut in 1/2 inch pieces and peel skin
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mace
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; dot with butter in a well-greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Keep covered until about the last 5 minutes.
    Remove cover until done.
