Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pie crust mix
    3/4 c. sharp cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    4 to 5 Tbsp. cold milk
Preparation
    Mix pie crust and cheese well.
    Mix Tabasco sauce with 4 tablespoons milk.
    Mix with pie crust and cheese mixture.
    Use additional tablespoon milk if needed.
    Chill dough.
    Roll out between 2 pieces wax paper to 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut out (can use cookie cutters or a knife) and place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Store up to 2 days or freeze for longer storage.
    Store between paper towels.
