Squash Pie(Tastes Just Like Pumpkin, Low-Fat And Good) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. mashed squash (butternut, carnival, etc.)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) can skim evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Mash squash after cooking in food processor.
Blend all other ingredients well with squash and pour into pie shell.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
