Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar, salt, milk and vanilla.
    Pour into pie shell; sprinkle nutmeg over top.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes, or until inserted knife comes out clean.
