Steelhead Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cooked Steelhead (Leftovers) from Bob's Houseboat Special
    1 Large Red Onion
    6 Eggs
    6 Large Mushrooms
Preparation
    1. Chop onions into small pieces. Shred leftover Steelhead.
    2. Place steelhead and onion in mixing bowl with eggs.
    Cook ingredients to desired texture.
    3. Place sliced mushrooms on top of eggs after serving or
    add during mixing.
