Dutch Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1 heaping c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    2 c. cream
Preparation
    Mix the sugar, flour and salt in an unbaked pie shell.
    Mix thoroughly with hands until well blended.
    Pour the cream over the dry ingredients; do not mix.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and light brown on top.
    The pie will be thin but will thicken when cool.
