Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. salt
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. minced green onions
1 small clove garlic, crushed
5 c. cubed cooked potatoes
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients; put in greased 3-quart casserole. Top with cheese and paprika, if desired.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 8.
