Never Fail Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. cold water
    3 separated egg whites
Preparation
    Place sugar, cornstarch and water in saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly and cook until mixture is thick, then cool.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add cooled sugar mixture and beat well. Spread over pie filling and bake 20 minutes or until browned at 350\u00b0.
