Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium red potatoes (about 2 lb.)
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimientos, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. onion salt
1 lb. cheese, cut in cubes
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 slices bread, cut into cubes
Preparation

Place unpeeled potatoes in large saucepan.
Cover with water; cook until tender, but firm.
Drain.
Cut potatoes in 1-inch cubes.
Place in ungreased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Add pimientos, onions, garlic and onion salt.
Place the bread cubes on top.
Pour butter over all.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bread is toasted.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
