Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans squash or fresh squash
1 grated carrot
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small container sour cream
1 small jar pimentos
1 onion, chopped fine
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 pkg. bread crumbs
Preparation

Butter bottom of casserole dish.
Put 1/4 package bread crumbs in dish.
Combine all other ingredients except remainder of bread crumbs.
Mix well.
Pour into casserole.
Top with rest of bread crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
