Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. water
3 c. cream
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation

Melt 1 cup of sugar in skillet until light brown.
Add boiling water and stir constantly until syrup forms.
Coat bottom and sides of ring mold or baking dish with syrup.
