Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 can tomatoes
    bacon grease
Preparation
    Fry a little bacon just for the grease. Cut steak in strips. Roll in flour with the spices mixed in. Place steak strips in the bacon grease and fry until brown on both sides. Slice green pepper and onion in strips. Add can of tomatoes. Cook until tender.
